Playboy vet Kendra Wilkinson says she’s dropped four sizes with GLP-1

Kendra Wilkinson is showing off her newly slimmed-down figure.

The 41-year-old former Playboy pinup – who has claimed she’s ‘no longer trying to be Sєxy’ – recently took to Instagram to brag that she’s ‘lost so much weight.’

When asked about the secret to her weight loss, she shared with her followers that her trim results are due to the use of an unnamed GLP-1.

Wilkinson teased, ‘A new ad I’m doing [is] coming out Tuesday.’

When a fan inquired about how much weight she’s lost, she answered, ‘I go by the fit of my clothes and old clothes. Was on my way to size 10. Now I’m less than a size 6.’ 

The Daily Mail has reached out to Wilkinson’s representative for comment but has not heard back yet.

The blonde beauty shared two snapsH๏τs wearing a black tank top and light wash denim, noting that she’s ‘fitting back in my old jeans’ as she displayed extra room around the waist.

She disclosed, ‘I haven’t stepped on a scale.’ 

Earlier this year, the real estate entrepreneur told her social media followers she was beginning to use weight loss medication from Effecty.

‘I’m so excited I’m starting my GLP-1 journey today with Effecty.com – unlike most people, I’m being honest with this journey,’ she announced in late March.

Effecty ‘offers treatments for weight loss, longevity and women’s hormone therapy,’ according to the company’s website.

Wilkinson went into further detail in a caption, writing: ‘Starting my GLP-1 journey and being really intentional about how I do it.

‘For me, it wasn’t just about weight… it was about feeling better, having more energy, and actually trusting the process instead of rushing it.’

The Girls Next Door alum emphasized that she ‘wanted something that felt transparent, supportive, and realistic for my lifestyle.’

A docuseries, dubbed Kendra Sells Hollywood on Discovery+, later showcased her struggle as a new agent in the bustling industry. It lasted for two seasons from 2021-2023.

She has been candid about the ups and downs of the industry, writing in a June 2026 Instagram post that she felt ‘tired’ and ‘lost.’

And on Sunday she told her three million followers that she’d been fired from a job.

‘When a client fires you … after all the work you put in. Ya, I’m struggling today guys,’ she admitted.
